Can I change or cancel my order?

If you would like to change your order please contact our Customer Support team via email or click the Support button at the bottom right corner of this page to expand a direct contact form.

We can help you with any changes if the order has not left the warehouse and status is "Awaiting Fulfilment". Once your order has been shipped we cannot cancel your order or edit the order details.
